Swimming was fun though. Wildwater slide/ride thing was anounced to be down this week for maintenance (we got dinner vouchers as an apology, about 100 euros.. ) but today it was on for testing.. So test we did ;3
- turbo tire waterslide was down though, due to a hull breach.

Italian dinner again, with just the right amount of good; dont get that often.

Evening with some drinking and chatting to a few familiar faces, but only briefly because. She was on duty, spw'er >_> - watched mentally challenged and young people dance to crazy disco meddleys, then back home again.

Zzz now.

Back to the beach today! Hottest day of the entire week and almost no wind so perfect beach weather. Unfortunately what little wind existed was a land-wind, so plenty of jellyfish in the water and on the beach. Makes for challenging photography projects though!

Sunburn now everywhere. Almost everywhere. But that's okay, since I don't tan easily, wondering where this will go..
Step two will be resuming exercises and buikd some muscle (not too much though). Despite what they say or clain, ladies will usyally prefer the muscled guy over the scrawny one, so if I can turn the odds just a littlr.. ;3 - and it'll increase my endurance which is just as good.

Dinner was "eastern", but apparently my definition of eastern (spring rolls, sushi, spicy) does not agree with the restaurant's (ham, fries, hamburgers!) so will write about that with pointers.

Dog on the beach. Setting it free went well until he started chasing seagulls all over the beach (at least 1km) and almost caught one. But eventually he listened; and bouncing around in the waves was fun too.

Saw The Sorcerer's Apprentice again tonight; still an amusing movie and the actor portraying Dave still annoys me.

Today certainly was an... Interesting and diverse day.

Morning was quiet and kinda dull and in the afternoon the father, mother and brother unit went shopping. I wasn't in the mood for this so stayed behind, taking a walk, firstvalone and later with dog, in the dunes.
Yesterday the dog had gained a tick. Since we had no tick remover utensil (dont ask me why, since the dog regularly visits the woods), the park's first aid person sprung to action. Poorly. He removed it in pieces but couldnt get it all out, resulting in a trip to the local vet...

Dog recovered fine; dinner was at a steakhouse = good.

Then: Crazy Bingo Night, which was like bingo combined with higher/lower, four-in-a-row, tower of pisa (tumbler..?) and guess-the-celeb. Crazy indeedxbut i'll leave it at tgat. Want to know more? Read the Twitter summary... ;-)

During guess-a-celeb a person from an all-girl-table kindly pointed to me that I hadnt crossed out Elvis yet, to which I corrected her that it aas in fact young Sean Connory. Contact with the table was initiated.

Didn't win bingo yet did gain a prize. Anyway, I'll leave it at that, but it's nice meeting new people of course, even though I'm not really that type of person. Name's Carolien (or Karolien?) from Heerenveen. Dont think we'll be in touch more due to distance, but eh.

Bed now. Beach tomorrow.

Zeeuwse meisjes lijken wat grover en ruwer terwijl Limburgse deernes juist onvoorspelbaar zijn. Geldersen zijn een beetje van alles wat en Brabantsen.. Tja, ik weet het nog steeds niet ;-)

Slightly belated, but.. ;3

Another easy morning with that DB game and some grocery shopping, then back to the beach. A bit more windy than the previous day so a lot of sand blowing around, but still warm so nice. Ocean felt a lot colder though.

After that and a shower: bowling. Two games, with my dad (barely) winning the first one, me the second and my younger brother ending last on both counts.

Dinner was all-you-can-eat American, so good. A spin on the wheel of fortune after resulting in a romantic icecream for 2..

Took the dog to the beach after. Father + brother were really reluctant of setting him loose, afraid he'd never return but agreed and were both proven wrong (especially with some alluring leverworst to tempt the dog with).

Meet the Fockers was an amusing movie too ;3

Thisxmorning I gave "Dragonball - attack of the Saiyans" a lengthy testrun on the DS, which was surprisingly better than I expected.

Since the weather was more chilly than previous days, no beach this time but rather remaining indoors and also exploring the park.
Dinner at an "all you can eat" restaurant, bourgondic style. Was good, and some parents gave their kids permission to use the icecream machine themselves to get dessert, resulting in children with icecream on their clothes and in their hair.

Watched 2012 tonight (since the world didnt end yesterday) but not before having a walk with the dog in nearby dunes, which now have an extra hole. And I will now use that walk to randomly post a picture and test this app's photo uploader..:

Second day was eventful. Slow morning and since the weather was very nice, a trip to the beach in the afternoon. Sunburns.

Also, people predicted the biblical end of times at 6pm so a lot of joking on that as well, butcit seems we survived.

Dinner at an italian place, it was good. Then to the beach with the dog which resulted in some nice pictures.

Watched anime (Gravion) with the brother. Now sleep.

Not much going on today of course, since the first day is a day of travel. Travel which already got interrupted after half an hour to assess car damage: a bottlecap had been launched off the street by the car in front of us and impacted with the kid brother's car's windshield with cataclysmic speed. Fortunateky the damage was limited to three chips in the glass windshield.

Arrival was okay. Dog enjoyed it, there was junkfood and some walking. Now there will be sleep.
